Orders of our Ebonising Kits, Twin Packs and individual bottles are usually shipped next working day. Sometimes we even post on Saturdays... but no promises because the Post Office collection time is pretty early!

We understand that shipping rates can often feel like a rip-off and the higher they are the less likely you are to buy something (we're exactly the same). That's why our rates simply reflect the actual cost of postage plus no more than a pound or so for the packaging itself. No hidden costs or anything sneaky like that. In fact we even pay a little towards overseas postage ourselves to make it slightly less daunting for our customers.

That said, please be aware that customers outside of the UK could be subject to customs and VAT charges which are completely out of our control. By using a non-UK delivery address it is taken as read that you acknowledge this risk. Costs incurred by us in order to receive packages which have been refused or uncollected by the customer and subsequently returned may be deducted from any refund that may be due. It's worth bearing in mind that all of our packaging is recyclable, including the bottles, and where possible we use materials which themselves are made from recycled products.

NOTE: The following shipping costs apply to single 500ml bottles, Twin Packs and Ebonising Kits only. Shipping for Big Bottle orders is calculated at checkout.
